about

"Diane, second song we completed in lockdown. Stoney's funny to watch when he's trying to decipher melodies over a cell phone through a video screen.

On this tune we were able to record D3 through the cell phone, but we had to wire it to an old telephone jack Stoney had from 1984.

I think you could feel our pent up 'pent up' anger in this one.

I think the title from this came from Stoney being drunk one night at the pub before the lockdown saying to a drunk asshole that if he saw him on the street he would throw a car at him. Of course at the time, I was tripping on mushrooms and I had a completely different idea of what he was talking about. D3 would know EXACTLY what I'm talking about. Diane, it's refreshing to hear D3's energy again!

Diane, I can't even lift a car right now. I'm leaving Paris and going to an undisclosed cabin location. Coop was right about the French woman. She can't make doughnuts.

-PJ."

lyrics

*** I Could Throw A Car ***

I could just feel the cold steel
in my mits
I could let go and crush your whole world
with one pitch

won't you answer me
with hypocrisy
won't you challenge me
rush to cure my needs

don't extinguish flames
just evade the scene
we all run the same
we all use our feet

I could just feel the cold steel
in my mits
I could let go and crush your whole world
with one pitch
I could back out and calm the fuck down
flip the switch

won't you stare me down
as you wear that crown
won't you ruin me
because we don't agree

don't extinguish flames
just engulf the heat
we all burn the same
we all hurt SO deep

I could just feel the cold steel
in my mits
I could let go and crush your whole world
with one pitch

won't you answer me
with hypocrisy
won't you challenge me
rush to cure my needs

don't extinguish flames
just evade the scene
we all run the same
we all use our feet
